There is certainly something to be said about consistency! Thirteen years after I last had this dish at this place, they are still churning out a very high quality product. Once again, though, that cheese. Extremely Pungent cheese.
Salt and pepper on the plate, nicely done.
Absolutely perfect temp. Slightly cold.
Perfect cut of meat, not stringy and not sparse.
Onions in the winter are typically super strong, these are just barely acceptable.
Perfect evoo drizzle, no aioli.
Perfect capers.
Two crostini’s, nicely done
Overall Score: 9/10 – Would recommend and definitely get again. Try to find less strong onions.
